DOMESTIC:
First Class: 7-10 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL:
7-21 Business Days (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities,).

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: For overnight shipping, orders must be placed by 9am PST Monday-Friday and will be shipped out the following business day (note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Any orders placed on Friday-Sunday will have their packages shipped out on the following Tuesday. Note that holidays are excluded. Business days are from Monday-Friday. 

Mai Johnson currently ships to all 50 States. We also ship worldwide with the exclusion of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Spain.

Yes, to ensure the safety of our employees, we've had to temporarily extend our delivery timeframes. It can take up to 5 business days to fulfill and ship your order. We thank you in advance for your patience. 

While we happily ship to (almost) all countries worldwide, please note the following.

All international orders are subject to customs, duty, and all import fees as defined by the country of import. Customs, duty, and all import fees are not included in your Mai Johnson order and/or shipping total. Mai Johnson is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

We ship to almost all countries worldwide. We unfortunately do not ship to the following countries:

Spain, Mexico, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan

Returns & Exchanges

At Mai Johnson, we work hard to ensure that you are using the best cosmetics and skincare products possible. Your business is important to us and we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our website offers a 14-day money back guarantee on the entire line of products available on our site. 

For products purchased directly from Mai Johnson, we accept returns and exchanges requested within 14 days of delivery at your address (shipping and handling not included). To return or exchange your order, please contact our customer service team for your RA# via: getfresh@maijohnson.com


Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Exchanges ship for free. 

We cannot refund partial items in a kit or set. All items in the kit or set must be returned to obtain a refund. 

We cannot refund gift certificates or credits. 

Once the package arrives at our return center, it takes 4-5 business days to process. Please allow additional 5-7 business days for the return to appear on your bank statement.

In the event that you are issued a refund for your purchase, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This may take 5-7 business days. Our return processing time is 4-7 days.

Orders

No, but having an account allows you to have all of your orders in one place.

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have yet to receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please reach out to support at getfresh@maijohnson.com We will get back to you during our business hours (M-Th 8:30am-5pm PST, F 8:30am-4:30pm PST)

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. All sales are final.

If there is a promotion, the discount code must be placed within the promotional time frame. We cannot honor any discount codes outside of the promotional time frame. 

Payment

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed you cannot make any changes to the payment method.

Simply select "Subscribe & Save" when choosing your product(s). You can then set your frequency of delivery to every 1,2 or 3 months depending on how often you plan to use the product. You cancel or change your frequency at any time. Shipping charges will be applied to your order. Orders already in process cannot be cancelled.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.  Simply sign in to your account to make changes or email us getfresh@maijohnson.com
