For overnight shipping, orders must be placed by 9am PST Monday-Friday and will be shipped out the following business day (note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Any orders placed on Friday-Sunday will have their packages shipped out on the following Tuesday. Note that holidays are excluded. Business days are from Monday-Friday.

Returns & Exchange
Only products purchased from this site may be returned, for a credit or exchange. We work hard to ensure that you are using the best cosmetics and skincare products possible. Your business is important to us and we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Exchanges ship for free. We cannot refund partial items in a kit or set. All items in the kit or set must be returned. We cannot refund gift certificates or credits. Once the package arrives at our return center, it takes 4-5 business days to process.
Unfortunately, we will not accept any international returns/exchanges. It is the customers responsibility to put the correct address on the order and pay any customs fees. A refund will only be considered if the product arrives damaged or defective. Duties/customs fees are not paid to Mai Johnson & Co, therefore, no refunds on duties/customs are applicable.
In order to receive a replacement or refund for the damage/defective product, it MUST be reported upon delivery or within 14 days of delivery. You must send photos of the damage/defective product.
Reaching out after the 14 days will NOT be accepted. The replacement/refund can take up to 2-3 business days to process. Replacements ship for free.

Occasionally, USPS marks a package as delivered by mistake when it is being held at the post office or it is still in transit. Before contacting us: 1. Wait 2-3 days to see if the package is delivered and check with your neighbors/apartment complex management if it was delivered elsewhere by mistake 2. Please visit your local post office and inquire about the package (we recommend an in-person visit, not calling as it’s usually not successful).If USPS confirms that the package is lost, please contact us and we can discuss options for either a replacement or filing a claim.
If an order is in "pre-shipment" it means that it has been packaged and the carrier has picked up the package, but has not yet been scanned by the carrier. Once a package is picked up by the carrier, it is out of our hands and we have no control over when they scan the package.Often they will not scan a package until it is delivered or near the destination. This is just as frustrating for us as it is for you, which is why we do our best to have the carrier pick up the orders in a timely manner. Please contact us if your tracking has not updated and it has been at least 14 business days since you received a tracking number via email.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed you cannot make any changes to the payment method.
